I am not a fan of horror games but I appreciate how good they are. In my opinion, I believe games deliver a better horror experience than movies. You aren’t just watching someone run away from the monster or antagonist, you are the one running. Dead by Daylight is a great example, constantly looking over your shoulders and listening for the most minute sounds that could indicate that you’re next! With video game graphics becoming more and more photorealistic as each year passes, movie-quality horror games are fast approaching, the more recent Resident Evil games being great examples of that.

I will be spending Halloween with the Mrs on Animal Crossing: New Horizons, bringing candy to Jack and trick or treating with the villagers.
